KIDZ FIT (For kids ages 6–10)
We are excited to announce our Kidz Fit class is back!
Kids who are good movers may use light dumbbells or kettlebells (although children at this age still benefit from unloaded movements, as well).
They will be active throughout the whole class. There will be a continued focus on good movement/mechanics, vestibular work, core work, and jumping (for bone development) each class.
In addition, teamwork, leadership, integrity, hard work, growth mindset, and goal setting are all focused on, as well. There is still a big emphasis on having fun and each class will end with some type of fitness game.
SOME SKILLS WE WORK ON
Basic bar and ring skills
Changing directions and moving safely through space
OUR CLASSES WILL ALSO INCREASE PHYSICAL COMPETENCE IN 10 FITNESS DOMAINS

- Schedule: Sunday from 12–1 p.m.
